A Sunsational Seaside Affair - September 16, 6-10PM

It's all smiles at Sunset at Sandy Hook!

COA and Sunset at Sandy Hook Presenting Sponsor Shore Point Distributors and Coors Light, and Patron Sponsors High Point Auto Insurance, Meridian Health, and Tapestry International, invite you to our seaside fundraiser at The Sea Gulls’ Nest on beautiful Sandy Hook. The event is organized by Committee Chairperson Janine Karoly, and Committee members Joanne DeCuollo, Susan Drastal, Patty Gordinier, Marion Hodge, Debbie Schluter, Gayle Stamer, Stevie Thompson, Mimi Wise, and Suzanne Bajew Wolf.

The autumn event will feature delicious dishes donated by top Jersey Shore restaurants and caterers (see below), music by Line Drive, a silent auction (including Dagger Element kayak donated by The Jersey Paddler, Maine and Vermont vacation packages, private talk and book-signing on NJ’s 1916 shark attacks by best-selling author Dr. Richard Fernicola, and a sunset boat dinner cruise), wheel of chance boardwalk-style auction, 50/50 raffle, and a complimentary chance to win an ocean kayak, donated by Coors Light.

Clean Ocean Action’s 4th Annual Ocean Golf Classic & Beach Club Challenge

Thursday, September 29 at the Navesink Country Club, Middletown, NJ

Entry fee per player: $375 (includes luncheon, use of driving range, greens fees, golf cart, on-course refreshments, and cocktail reception with open bar, buffet dinner, and awards ceremony)
Format: Best Ball of Foursome. Prizes for Low Team Gross and Net. Must have certified handicap for net prize.
Hole in One Prizes: Porsche Boxster, sponsored by Ray Catena Family of Dealerships, and Sailfish 2005, sponsored by Sandy Hook Yacht Sales and Carriage House Marina.
